In Sagaing Region, a pagoda collapsed due to the earthquake while devotees were praying, resulting in 2 fatalities and 8 injuries. The National Unity Government (NUG) Township administratives, along with humanitarian representatives, security forces, camp commanders, municipal officers, agricultural and livestock officers, natural resources officers, and regional officials from Districts (1) and (3), conducted a field visit. They provided financial assistance of 200,000 MMK for each of the deceased and 400,000 MMK for the injured.
