As of April 6, 2025, the following is a list of the four most affected areas by the 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck 16 km northwest of Sagaing.

မှတ်ချက်။ ဘာသာရေးအဆောက်အအုံဆိုရာတွင် ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးခဲ့သည့် ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း၊ ဗလီ၊ ဓမ္မာရုံ၊ စေတီစသည်တို့အားလုံးပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးသည့် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများတွင် ရုံးများ၊ ဆေးရုံများ၊ ဘဏ်၊ လမ်း/တံတားများ စသည်တို့ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးမှုဆိုရာတွင် တစိတ်တပိုင်းထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးမှုနှင့် လုံးဝပြိုကျပျက်စီးမှုအားလုံး ပါဝင်ပါသည်။
