1. We strongly condemn the fraudulent invitation of military junta with the title of “Offer to resolve political issues in political means”.
2. The invitation of a military junta was an ineffectual effort to divide ethnic resistance organizations and People Defense Forces (PDF) in order satisfy their foreign organizations which they maintain close relation with. We encourage revolutionary forces to be extremely cautious about this military junta’s attempt to undermine the solidarity.
3. To achieve their objectives, different generations of military dictators have used titles such as “exchanging peace with the weapons” and “choosing the legal path by ending the armed path”, etc. This fraudulent invitation is simply a meaningless action while military junta continue their brutalities, such as announcing revolutionary resistance forces as military junta, air strikes on cities, burning down villages, arbitrarily arresting people, and the killings.
4. Military junta constantly avoid admitting their atrocities and instead choose to sham elections or fraudulent peace talks when faced with international or internal demands. Those efforts perpetuate the cycle of dictatorship rather than bringing about genuine peace.
5. Military junta is an illegal junta that seized the power by violating the 2008 constitution , and they are not authorized to organize elections or to dissolve or reorganize the election commission.
6. According to Federal Democracy Charter, National Unity Government (NUG) and National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC) are implementing the 12 points political roadmp toward the elimination of dictratorship and building federal decocratic union.
7. Since the start of attempted coup, 2008 constitution has been disslove with the power of revolutionary forces and people of Myanmar. Therefore, we will not accept any political paths which have been based on 2008 constitution, including the planned census process of military and the sham election.
